Refund policy

Because all Spellbound Magnet Co. products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail items.

Returns

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items, including photo magnets, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we are unable to accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect image uploaded by the customer
Image quality issues (blurry, low resolution, poor lighting, etc.)
Incorrect size, quantity, or options selected at checkout

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@spellboundmagnetco.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Minor variations in color, cropping, or appearance that are inherent to the custom printing process are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom-made items. If an issue qualifies under the section above, we will replace the item rather than exchange it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom or personalized products
Sale items
Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, EU consumer protection laws may grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, which are exempt under EU regulations.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
