Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days. Because all items are custom-made, production times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and image review.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Delivery time estimates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping time does not include order processing or production time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.


Delays

Spellbound Magnet Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, Spellbound Magnet Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


International Shipping

If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
